Refund Policy
Every SHIBA JOURNEY item is made to order, just for you. Because of this, we don't offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size or a change of mind. We appreciate your understanding — please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Damaged or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at shibajourney.jp@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer. No need to return the item.
Lost in transit
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
