Every SHIBA JOURNEY item is made to order. When you place an order, production begins — which means it takes a little longer to reach you than off-the-shelf goods. No rush — it'll arrive when it's ready.

Production time

Most items are produced within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

Shipping time

Once production is complete, shipping typically takes:

- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays can happen, especially during holiday seasons.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Customs and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by your country and are not included in our prices.
